The Band
Based in St. Louis, Missouri, Bluebird is a roots-driven rock & roll band blending classic rock, Americana, and indie rock into a sound that’s both timeless and fresh. Together for two years, the band brings a seasoned, high-energy approach to every show, combining carefully chosen covers with original songs that showcase their own musical identity.
At the heart of Bluebird’s sound are blazing dual lead guitars, complemented by keyboards, bass, drums, and powerful vocal harmonies. The result is a full, dynamic sound that can move from soulful and rootsy to driving, guitar-heavy rock & roll.
With a repertoire that spans generations and a growing catalog of original material, Bluebird is equally at home delivering the songs audiences love and introducing them to something new. Whether it’s a packed bar, a festival stage, or a local St. Louis venue, Bluebird brings the energy, musicianship, and chemistry of a band that loves playing together—and knows how to put on a show.

Bryan
I grew up listening to KSHE 95 and my dad’s record albums. When I was around 10 years old I remember listening to Jimi Hendrix play All Along the Watchtower and thinking, "I want to be able to do that".
Music is something I’ve always been interested in and I enjoy making it.
When I’m not playing music, I’m spending time with my wife, two daughters, two dogs, and the rest of our friends and family.

Gregg
With decades of experience performing live and nearly 1,000 shows under his belt, Gregg brings a deep well of musical experience and a seasoned presence to Bluebird. A member of the band for the past two years, he anchors the sound with keyboards and lead vocals, adding both musical depth and versatility to the band’s roots, classic rock, and indie rock repertoire.
Beyond performing, Gregg is also a songwriter for Bluebird, contributing original material that reflects the band’s distinctive blend of classic influences and modern rock sensibilities. His years of playing in bands have given him a strong instinct for what works on stage—and a passion for creating music that connects with an audience.

Matt
With 30 years on the fretboard, this lifelong guitar player lives and breathes classic rock and the exploratory spirit of the Grateful Dead. Whether chasing the perfect tone, dialing in a soulful lead, or getting lost in a sprawling live jam, music is a lifelong journey of endless improvisation.

Jarrod
veteran bass player with decades of experience holding down the low end in local rock bands. I live for the power of classic rock, channeling vintage tones, deep grooves, and the timeless energy of the golden age of music on every stage I play.

Brian
Brian started his foray into drums and percussion when he joined band in 8th grade. He continued the hobby through high school and into college where he participated in various ensembles at Missouri State University (SMSU at that time). While most of his experience lies in concert percussion and marching band, he has dabbled with time on the throne and is in a constant state of learning.
